Can’t do it compadre. Well, do you want to make some heavy cream? Well, my heavy rock friend, you can use an ELECTRIC whisk, similar to an ELECTRIC guitar! BOOM THERE IT IS! THE CONNECTION TO HEAVY ROCK! Oh I bet you thought I couldn’t do it. Well you doubter you, I did it and ohhhh how sweet it feels to have this heavy weight lifted from my shoulders. Okay so seriously, here is the formula to make the heavy cream, use an electric whisk, a ratio of 1:2 and mix thoroughly (for one cup of heavy cream use 1/2 cup heavy cream powder to one cup water)! Then leave the mixture overnight in the fridge to yield your desired amount of heavy cream! Also known as Dehydrated Sweet Cream Powder!

Yum!!! I am so happy to find a heavy cream powder that doesn’t contain skim milk or other additives. The ingredients state sweet cream solids…just cream. I am not a milk fan and I can’t use heavy whipping cream because it’s very hard to find without carrageenan. I don’t use fake dairy replacements nor will I use the chemical soup labelled as non dairy creamer. I get horrible migraines so I have to be diligent in watching what I eat and drink. Great way to add a little richness along with calcium to baked goods, granola, etc. But pre-mix with hot water before use. NOT good as a powder to dump into your morning coffee and expect smooth, beautiful results. You’ll get clumps with dry powder in the middle; not appedtizing. BUT if you’re willing to make a paste first with a little hot water or coffee, mix it well, and then add it, it’s great. And it’s best use if for baked goods or things like home-mixed instant granola, when you want to add a little richness easily. Love this creamer! I love that it’s all natural and nothing added, just pure heavy cream. We put it in our homemade hot cocoa mix and used it in our coffee on vacation. The only thing I would warn you about is that it’s harder to dissolve than other powdered creamers I’ve tried, but if you add just a little bit of hot liquid to it first, mix it well, then add the remaining liquid, it mixes fine.
