So not worth it Save your money. This pamphlet is like a very long high school essay. No pictures no graphs no anything but words. I am highly disappointed and if I didn’t have to pay half the cost to send it back, it would be heading back the same day I received it. Doesn’t even deserve a half a star.

This Book is Short, but Powerful… This book is short, but is so densely packed with information it felt like a much longer book, and I mean that in a good way. Much of the material, such as What is the Metabolism, and How do I speed up the Metabolism to lose weight, was familiar information that I’ve read hundreds of times. I thought I’d covered it all. Was I ever surprised; Marta’s common sense approach concerning foods to avoid, foods that help speed up metabolism, and a lengthy section on herbs, spices, and essential oils…
