Misleading title I think this product is misleading. It has 4 carbs per serving from coconut sugar, which I understand is to be avoided in a keto diet. I didn’t notice this for a while and have been using this product for a few weeks and wondering why my weight loss isn’t really progressing, and I think this is why. I absolutely love this product I absolutely love this product! I originally found this product at a discount store and fell in love with it from that first time! I now continue to get it here on Amazon. I’ve tried both the unsweetened and the one sweetened with coconut sugar and I like the sweetened one better although I do like both. I use one TSP instead of two because for me it’s too sweet with two. I use this in place of sugar and I feel way more focused and energized when I use this product in my morning or afternoon…

Good stuff I really like this added to my coffee. I get the unsweetened. I’m doing Keto and trying to stay away from sweet stuff…even if the sweet doesn’t have much carb. I usually add a teaspoon along with a Tbs. of HWC in my 12-16 oz. morning coffee. I have not found if it affects weight loss/ketogenis or not but I’m still gradually losing weight.
