full of substitute ‘sugars’, specialty wraps, etc & someone should have proofread it This book has some basic information about the “keto diet”. It also has some useable recipes. Some are very tasty and easy to make. I actually read the intro and will use a couple recipes which is why I feel like I cannot return this book to Amazon. However, this book is poorly written and one could get similar recipes just by searching for free ones on the internet. This cookbook is nothing special.
