I like the fact that these are dark chocolate yet sweet I like the fact that these are dark chocolate yet sweet. There is an abundance of almonds in each bar. With so few carbohydrates they are a great alternative for those watching their carb intake.

Too expensive As a low carb dieter I like that this is no sugar BUT there are other alternatives such as endangered species 88% dark chocolate which is manufactured the best way to preserve antioxidants and only has 6g of sugar. If you like eating dark chocolate, these taste like heaven. I eat 2-4 squares a day. The price of this is rediculius and with the overpowering taste of stevia. I don’t mind stevia but these could use less.

They are the bit of sweet I need while watching my weight They are the bit of sweet I need while watching my weight. Love them! p.s. though they are wonderful, if you overeat (for me that’s more than 3 squares) the sugar alcohol mannitol in the chocolate bar causes tummy problems. Knowing this, I eat 3 squares a day and am delighted to see the scales still going down. 🙂
