Since we started, he’s lost 60lbs, and is no longer diabetic, I’ve lost 30lbs, and am no longer hypoglycemic. But finding recipes to make this way of life sustainable has been a must. From one Southern girl to another – BUY this book! I love that Natasha has made so many of my childhood favorites Keto-friendly! The drop biscuits were the first thing I made and they were a huge hit with me and my college-aged kids. I cannot wait to make the Salmon Patties, Skillet Cornbread, and so many, many more of her recipes. I also love Natasha’s honesty about her journey into this balanced lifestyle and all of her tips she shared in this book. I highly recommend adding this to your collection.
